JayJay Grieves – General Manager
Jay has 18 years of commercial construction experience in the Boston market. After graduating from Wentworth Institute of Technology, he started his career with a medium sized Construction Management firm filling roles as both a superintendent and project manager. His project experience ranges from small interior build-outs to large scale developments. In the fall of 2005, Jay decided he wanted to start his own subcontracting business, so after much consideration started an acoustical ceiling company. After four solid years in business he decided to branch out into other ventures and opened a union demolition and labor service business in the spring of 2009. Throughout the last several years the firm has seen significant growth and today is considered one of the largest and most qualified in the industry.

Jay resides on the north shore with his wife and two young daughters. He enjoys spending weekends up on the water in Gloucester with the family.


GregGreg Faria – Sr. Project Manager/Estimator
Greg has been working in the construction industry for over 30 years, but has specialized in the demolition area for 15 years. Greg’s time in the construction industry has provided him with the insight to efficiently and effectively perform his current duties as a Project Manager/Estimator. Greg’s experience allows him to dissect each project and view from all angles to ensure that each project is completed on time.

When Greg is not working, he enjoys spending time relaxing in Maine.


SteveSteve Morse – Project Manager/Estimator
Steve is a Project Manager/Estimator with over 15 years experience in the construction, finance, and real estate industries. He has extensive experience working with numerous general contractors on medical, academic and tenant improvement projects across New England. Steve is originally from Brookline, MA , and received his BA and MBA from Northeastern University.

Steve enjoys skiing and hiking with his wife and two young sons.


JimDrew Peckham - Safety Officer/Project Manager
Drew is responsible for working closely with the field staff to ensure safe and efficient work environment. He is a graduate from the University of Vermont and has over ten years working in the construction industry with a strong focus in the Healthcare sector while working at Suffolk Construction. Besides the knowledge and expertise obtained from years in the field Drew also brings a passion for safety and health compliance in the workplace. Overall, Drew is a family guy who enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids. Among his hobbies are playing music with friends and family as well as going fishing.



JohnJim Sullivan- Senior Project Manager - Healthcare/Lifesciences
In Jim’s current role he manages projects of diverse complexity and scope as well as focusing on business development, estimating and operations. He brings to Unified over 20 years’ experience in Construction Management working for Walsh Brothers, G. Greene & Suffolk Construction firms prior to Unified C.G. Jim holds a BA in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology. Jim has spent over a decade of his career working in the Longwood Medical Area where he specializes in occupied Healthcare Renovations and Infrastructure Mechanical Projects. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, boating and fishing.



JohnJackie Kelley - Estimator & Project Manager/ Business Development for Final Cleaning
Jackie is responsible for the overall business development of the final cleaning part of the business as well as oversee the project management in that area. She has 8 years’ experience working in the construction industry specifically working with Shawmut Design & Construction. Jackie began her career from the administrative part of the business and later became interested and moved into a role in the project management side. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, snowboarding, going to the beach and spending time with friends and family.



JohnJohn Coppola – Consultant
John has more than 30 years experience in the construction industry, but has specialized in demolition for over 20 years. John began his career as a Union Laborer and has worked just about every position in the field. Through his experience, John’s consulting provides expertise knowledge to our staff to ensure our projects run smoothly and efficiently.

In John’s spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren.


CesarCesar De Castro – Director of Field Operations
Cesar has been working in the construction industry for over 18 years starting as a union laborer, but has specialized in demolition for the past 12 years. As the Director of Field Operations, Cesar is responsible for scheduling all field related activities including union laborers, union foreman, and all subcontractors. Cesar’s experience allows him to effectively staff and manage each project to ensure they are completed within the schedule provided by the General Contractor.

In his spare time, Cesar enjoys travelling and spending time with his wife and two children.


AngeloAngelo Pereira – Field Supervisor
Angelo has over 15 years experience in commercial construction throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. Initially, he studied to become an Aircraft Mechanic, but decided to follow an alternate career path in construction. After spending many years in the field as a Union Laborer and Foreman, Angelo acquired experience from ranging from small interior demolition projects to large scale projects. He carries with him a MA CSL which allows him to have a better understanding of the Massachusetts Building Code.

As the Field Supervisor and Business Development, Angelo looks forward to the continued growth of Unified Construction Group.

When Angelo is not hard at work, he enjoys diving, hunting, and spending time with his wife and son.


CesarDiane Capra – Office Manager
Diane has been working in the construction industry for just over 6 years. Initially hired as an Administrative Assistant, Diane has been promoted within the company to the Office Manager position due to her dedication and willingness to take on more responsibilities. Her duties include oversight of Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Human Resources. Diane holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Daniel Webster College.

In her spare time, Diane enjoys travelling and spending time with her husband and five children.



Cesar Amanda Daley – Billing/Payroll Specialist
Amanda has been working in the construction industry for over two years. She initially accepted a position as an Administrative Assistant, but has been promoted to Billing/Payroll Specialist due to her hard work and dedication to the company and its employees. Amanda graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Southern New Hampshire University and she is working towards completing her MBA at her Alma Mater.

Amanda is an avid animal lover, who spends most of her free time with her family and friends, and her dog Gracie.
